Accessibility: The grounds are open during the day, but the lighthouse is not open to the public. Click here for a map of the area.

NOTE: As of April 2013, the gate to Coast Guard Station Point Judith is locked and the grounds are off limits due to construction and damage from winter storms. It isn't known when the grounds will reopen.

Construction material: Brownstone

Height of tower: 51 feet; Height of focal plane: 65 feet

Original optic: Fourth order Fresnel (1857); Present optic: Fourth order Fresnel (1857)

Characteristic: White light; 5 seconds on, 2 seconds off, 2 seconds on, 2 seconds off, 2 on, 2 seconds off.

Fog signal: One blast every 15 seconds
