The majority of the postcards reproduced on this website were originally published approximately between 1898 and 1918. This era is considered the "golden age" of postcard collecting. Postcards like these can be found in antique stores, ephemera shows and flea markets around the United States.

Some of the postcards may exhibit some damage. It is the webmaster's belied that they remain a valuable record despite the occasional tear or stain.
